Halley Kiss & Ride Information for 2021
As some students return to Halley for in person learning we have updated our kiss and ride procedures in order to ensure students safety during arrival and dismissal.
New Bell Schedule for Halley Students
Check out the new interim and final schedules for our kindergarten through sixth grade students. All students will be using the interim schedule beginning on February 16th. Students will transition to their new schedule when grade levels return to the building.
Return to School
Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is partnering with families to ensure we keep students and staff safe and healthy as we return to school buildings for learning. Working together, we will follow recommended health guidance that focuses on student health, safety, and emotional well-being.
Kindergarten and Grade 1 Dual Language Immersion Lottery Registration is Open
Online registration for the lottery is open. Parents may register their child for the 2021-2022 school year using their FCPS SIS account credentials. Registration for Grade 1 will be open until February 18 at 4 p.m. Registration for Kindergarten will be open until March 11 at 4 p.m.
Parent Technology Help Desk
To support families who are working with their children during distance learning, Fairfax County Public Schools now has a Parent Technology Help Desk. The number is 1-833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS). It will be answered by staff 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. If the help desk is unable to solve the issue on the phone with the parent or guardian, they will enter a ticket on the parent’s behalf and the request for help will be transferred to the appropriate FCPS team.

No-Cost Meals for All FCPS Students through June 30, 2021
Grab and Go meal sites are open 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Meal Kits sites distribute each Wednesday from 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m., or until supplies are exhausted. Buses distributing meals are operating Monday through Friday. Breakfast and lunch will be available at no-cost Monday-Friday at all schools with in-person instruction. Specific information about meal distribution locations and bus distribution schedules are available.
